THE WIRELINE WELL TRACTOR®

Easy mobilization, less personnel, fast operations, precise interventions and rig-less operations are some of the advantages when applying the Well Tractor®. Furthermore, it features the ability to go into wells with deviations of 130°, to withstand temperatures of 400°F and a down hole speed far surpassing other technologies.

Areas of operation include logging in cased and open hole, perforation, fishing, scale milling and cleaning completions and much more.

THE COILED TUBING WELL TRACTOR®

As an alternative to the wireline Well Tractor®, the Coiled Tubing (CT) Well Tractor® provides extended reach capability and extra pull force in horizontal and deviated wells by being driven hydraulically. The CT Well Tractor® can pull up to 3,500Lbs, which doubles to 7,000Lbs in tandem configurations. With this technology, the lateral reach capability is extended, making it possible to run operations in the entire length of the well.

Areas of operation: clean-up, bleaching, milling, perforating, cement bond logging, fishing, plug pulling and much more.

THE WELL STROKER® AND WELL KEY®

Mechanical interventions such as setting and retrieving mechanical plugs and opening zonal isolations valves are no longer confined to slick line. Applying the Well Stroker® and Well Key® these interventions can be carried out on standard electrical wireline. The Well Stroker® is able to apply 33,000Lbs of pulling force while the Well Key® features the ability to target and shift valves selectively. These technologies are far more precise than conventional methods for depth control and forces applied.

Areas of operation: shifting mechanical sleeves, setting and retrieving plugs without explosives, setting and retrieving gas lift mandrels, setting isolation straddles, opening/closing isolation valves, opening/closing ball valves and much more.

THE WELL CLEANER®

The Well Cleaner® offers selective cleaning on wireline. Several cleaning heads are available, which makes the Well Cleaner® applicable in dry as well as in liquid environments.

Areas of operation: removing sand, scale and debris built-up from inside the completion profile, cleaning nipple seats prior to setting straddle packers and much more.

THE WELL MILLER®

Representing a technological break-through, the Well Miller® is able to mill and drill on wireline. It is designed to engage almost any obstruction down hole, which results in substantial time and cost savings for operators.

Areas of operation: removing Inconel and Superchrome isolations valves, removing barium sulphate scale bridges in dry gas wells, removing built-up scale, establishing flow paths by cutting and retrieving a section of a valve that has failed to open and much more..
