Flare Gas Ejectors and Sand Slurry Eductors

28 April 2010 by Transvac Systems

Traditionally, waste and surplus gas has been disposed of by flaring it into the atmosphere. Today this process is becoming increasingly unacceptable as the industry progresses towards eliminating the emission of greenhouse gases into the atmosphere whilst simultaneously conserving energy. Transvac's gas ejectors employ high-pressure gas energy to entrain and compress waste and surplus gas to a pressure where the gas can be used in the process.

Transvac eductors (also called liquid jet pumps) are an ideal method of transporting sand slurries from separators or cyclones as part of a desanding / sand washing system.
