Industrial gases company Air Products has signed an agreement to supply its medium and high-purity nitrogen solutions for a floating liquefied natural gas (FLNG) facility being built by TP JGC Coral France for a site in the Indian Ocean, offshore Mozambique.

This latest deal comes after the company signed an agreement with TP JGC Coral France to supply its cryogenic coil wound heat exchanger technology and liquefaction process licence for the facility earlier this year.

The FLNG facility will produce both medium and high-purity nitrogen using Air Products’ advanced PRISM Membrane Separators.

“The combined nitrogen production is expected to be more than 100,000Nm³/day.”
