PetroChina Starts Construction on Crude Oil Depot09 July 2007 17:01 Chinese oil company PetroChina has started its construction of a crude oil depot in China's north-eastern Liaoning Province. The 1bn-Yuan depot in Tieling – which is the site of one of the Chinese Government's strategic crude reserves – includes eight oil tanks with a crude reserve capacity of 100,000m³.
