US Faces Shortage of Engineers

Demand for thousands of petroleum engineers is spreading across the US according to reports.

In a study carried out by management consulting firm Oliver Wyman, about eight in ten global oil and gas companies forecast a shortage of petroleum engineers through to 2011.

Experts believe the trend is due to run into the next decade according to the Associated Press.
