US Oil Refinery Still Suffering Hurricane Threat

19 September 2007 17:25

UK-based oil and gas giant Royal Dutch Shell is working to restore its operations at Port Arthur in Texas following the closure of the US oil refinery in the wake of Hurricane Humberto.

The refinery is run by Houston-based Motiva Enterprises LLC, a joint venture between Shell and Saudi Arabian state run company Saudi Aramco.

It is not known when operations will be fully restored.
