Three Firms Compete For Saudi Refinery01 October 2007 15:44 The world's largest oil company Saudi Aramco has received three bids for a contract to build a $8bn refinery in Saudi Arabia's Eastern Province. International engineering firms Foster Wheeler, WorleyParsons and SNC-Lavalin Group have submitted bids for the contract, according to US and Arab news reports.
