Shell Shuts Singapore Refinery

UK-based oil giant Royal Dutch Shell has shut down the 33,000 barrels per day Residue Fluid Catalytic Cracker (RFCC) complex at its Singapore refinery due to an outage at the plant, industry sources have told Reuters.

Damage to the complex is still being assessed and it is not known when it will re-open.
