Brazil Eyes Iranian Oil And Gas Prospects

Iran is in talks with Brazil's state-controlled oil company Petroleos Brasileiros SA for exploration work offshore in the Caspian Sea, according to Iranian media.

The Iran Daily newspaper quotes National Iranian Oil deputy Mohammad Javad Asemipour, who says Brazil aims to become "the main contractor" for exploration and drilling operations and development in Caspian Sea oil and gas.
