Norwegian oil services company Aibel announced it has won a contract from Statoil for time-limited modification capacity services for further development of the Gullfaks and Visund fields.
The $22.1m contract includes performance of studies, participation in problem analysis, engineering, planning, purchasing, fabrication, installation and mechanical completion.
The one-year contract commences with immediate effect.
