During the research period the company collaborated on low-carbon hydrogen production, developing a carbon capture and storage project in the Normandy industrial basin. The company also signed a $7bn Iraq energy deal spanning four projects involving natural gas, solar energy and seawater reprocessing, as well as an additional $27bn in four energy projects in Iraq.
