Vingtor-Stentofon is proud to announce its latest service offering, 24/7 telephone customer support.

Starting January 12, ’round-the-clock’ support will allow Vingtor-Stentofon to strengthen its availability and responsibility towards its customers and provide customers with a faster response for assistance.

If an issue cannot be solved over the phone, a case will be generated and forwarded to the customer service team to address and respond. Mona Furoy Stensaa, customer service manager, has been closely following the test period of the telephone service.

"It makes me proud that we can now offer our customers round-the-clock support," said Stensaa.

"The testing period is complete and we’re ready for our first call. We hope our customers take advantage of the service so we can gain experience to further improve and develop our interactions and assistance."

  • Operated by Vingtor-Stentofon’s customer service team
  • Service is offered in Norwegian, English and Mandarin Chinese

To cover all time zones, the 24/7 service will be operated by Vingtor-Stentofon’s customer service teams in Norway, the US and Singapore. In addition, the phone line will be operated by HT-Safe call centre during holidays and other occasions when offices are low-staffed. Customers must use the +47 country code regardless of where they are located.
