Sword CTSpace’s FusionEnterprise for IBM FileNet P8 will be the
subject of a customer testimonial by the Moroccan refinery company SAMIR at a session of the IBM IOD
EMEA 2010 Conference in the Rome Marriot Park Hotel Wednesday 19 May 2010 from 11:45am-12:35pm (Room 8).
SAMIR, a public company with a staff of 1,100 and $3.2bn turnover in 2009, currently operates at a
capacity of 6.5mt/year (under expansion to 8.2mt/year).

Sword’s FusionEnterprise for IBM FileNet P8 constructs engineering and project management features
around the FileNet framework essential to the timely and successful completion and ongoing operation of
modern engineering projects. The abstract for the session indicates that top SAMIR representatives,
including technical services director Hmida M’Hamdi, will discuss how FusionEnterprise for IBM FileNet
P8 will “help streamline and automate the life of engineering drawings and related procedure documents
from creation to archiving, resulting in significant reduction in project duration and costs and facilitating
maintenance.”

Sword CTSpace’s expert technical team adapted FusionEnterprise for IBM FileNet P8 to meet the
requirements of SAMIR’s project, a $1.31bn upgrade of its refinery in Mohammedia. The project,
which will involve more than six project participant contractors in PMC, construction, engineering,
and technical assistance, demonstrates Sword CTSpace’s ability to provide for even the most complex
projects, as well as its popularity among process industry leaders and its ability to work effectively around
the globe.
