Fine Tubes manufactures control line tubing as seamless, welded and redrawn products in standard grades of stainless-steel alloy 316L and nickel alloys 825 and 625. Specialist grades of stainless-steel in duplex and super duplex and nickel alloy are available on request.
High-pressure tubing manufactured by Fine Tubes is used to help extract oil and gas in some of the most hostile downhole conditions including deepwater and sour oil well projects.
Operating conditions can require Fine Tubes products to be rated up to 60,000psi operating pressure and with a tensile strength up to 220ksi.
Fine Tubes produces high-integrity, high-quality umbilical control line tubing, which is used in the most demanding subsea conditions.
Our control line umbilicals are available in a range of alloys including stainless steel, as well as austenitic, duplex and super duplex stainless steel grades.
