Baltim Development Lease is a producing conventional gas field located in shallow water in Egypt and is operated by Petrobel. The field is located in block Baltim Concession, Baltim Northeast Development Lease, Baltim South Development Lease, Baltim North Development Lease, and Baltim East Development Lease, with water depth of 82 feet.

Production from Baltim Development Lease
The Baltim Development Lease conventional gas field recovered 75.04% of its total recoverable reserves, with peak production in 2014. The peak production was approximately 7 thousand bpd of crude oil and condensate and 247 Mmcfd of natural gas. Based on economic assumptions, production will continue until the field reaches its economic limit in 2049. The field currently accounts for approximately 2% of the country’s daily output.
