Barmer Refinery, India

HPCL Rajasthan Refinery will operate the upcoming Barmer refinery, proposed to be built at Rajasthan in India. The integrated refinery will be owned by Oil and Natural Gas, and Government Of Rajasthan and is expected to start operations in 2025.

During the period 2021-2025, the Barmer refinery is expected to witness an estimated capex of $3,990m.

Contractors involved in the refinery

Some of the key contractors for the upcoming projects at the Barmer refinery include the following.

Main EPC: Larsen & Toubro, Tata Projects, Toyo Engineering.

EPC: Keller Group, Megha Engineering and Infrastructure.
