Bauna is a producing conventional oil field located in shallow water in Brazil and is operated by Karoon Petroleo & Gas. The field is located in block S-M-1288 (Bauna), with water depth of 968 feet.
An expansion project is associated with the Bauna, namely Bauna Revitalisation Program. This project is currently in the approval stage, expected to start in 2022.

Production from Bauna
The Bauna conventional oil field recovered 90.26% of its total recoverable reserves, with peak production in 2014. The peak production was approximately 68.71 thousand bpd of crude oil and condensate. Based on economic assumptions, production will continue until the field reaches its economic limit in 2026.
Remaining recoverable reserves
The field is expected to recover 13.92 Mmboe, comprised of 13.92 Mmbbl of crude oil & condensate.
