Cluster IIA Conventional Oil Field, India

Cluster IIA is a conventional oil development located in deepwater in India and is operated by Oil and Natural Gas. Discovered in 2001, Cluster IIA lies in block KG-DWN-98/2, with water depth of around 1,719 feet.

The project is currently in construction stage and is expected to start commercial production in 2021. Final investment decision (FID) of the project was approved in 2016. The Cluster IIA conventional oil development will involve the drilling of approximately 27 wells and includes fixed platform, FPSO, and subsea manifolds.

Production from Cluster IIA

Production from the Cluster IIA conventional oil development project is expected to begin in 2021 and is forecast to peak in 2022, to approximately 76,978 bpd of crude oil and condensate and 106 Mmcfd of natural gas. Based on economic assumptions, the production will continue until the field reaches its economic limit in 2034.


Remaining recoverable reserves

The field is expected to recover 220.53 Mmboe, comprised of 179.41 Mmbbl of crude oil & condensate and 246.72 bcf of natural gas reserves.
