Danan is a producing conventional oil field located onshore Iran and is operated by West Oil and Gas Production. The field is located in block Danan (2016).
An expansion project is associated with the Danan, namely Danan IOR. This project is currently in the commissioning stage.

Production from Danan
The Danan conventional oil field recovered 33.99% of its total recoverable reserves, with peak production expected in 2027. The peak production will approximately 25 thousand bpd of crude oil and condensate. Based on economic assumptions, production will continue until the field reaches its economic limit in 2065.
Remaining recoverable reserves
The field is expected to recover 148.93 Mmboe, comprised of 148.93 Mmbbl of crude oil & condensate. Danan conventional oil field reserves accounts 0.03% of total remaining reserves of producing conventional oil fields globally.
