Dos Bocas Refinery, Mexico

Petroleos Mexicanos will operate the upcoming Dos Bocas refinery, proposed to be built at Tabasco in Mexico. The non integrated refinery will be owned by Petroleos Mexicanos and is expected to start operations in 2024.
