A total of two contracts were registered in the downstream segment of Asia-Pacific during the month, when compared with the last 12-month moving average of 63 contracts.

In October 2022, Mongolia and Thailand led the activity with one contract and a 50% share each of the downstream oil and gas contracts in Asia-Pacific.
Based on 12-month moving average of the contracts in the downstream segment of Asia-Pacific, India took the top spot with 52 contracts, followed by China and Australia with two and one contract, respectively.
