East Kalimantan PSC is a producing conventional oil field located in deepwater in Indonesia and is operated by PT Pertamina Hulu East Kalimantan. The field is located in block East Kalimantan – Attaka, with water depth of 1,576 feet.

Production from East Kalimantan PSC

The East Kalimantan PSC conventional oil field recovered 69.32% of its total recoverable reserves, with peak production in 2017. The peak production was approximately 17.45 thousand bpd of crude oil and condensate and 87 Mmcfd of natural gas. Based on economic assumptions, production will continue until the field reaches its economic limit in 2033. The field currently accounts for approximately 1% of the country’s daily output.
