F02a-Hanze is a producing conventional oil field located in shallow water in Netherlands and is operated by Dana Petroleum Netherlands. The field is located in block F02a (Hanze), with water depth of 164 feet.

Production from F02a-Hanze

The F02a-Hanze conventional oil field recovered 92.24% of its total recoverable reserves, with peak production in 2003. The peak production was approximately 29.85 thousand bpd of crude oil and condensate and 13 Mmcfd of natural gas. Based on economic assumptions, production will continue until the field reaches its economic limit in 2031. The field currently accounts for approximately 1% of the country’s daily output.


Remaining recoverable reserves

The field is expected to recover 6.07 Mmboe, comprised of 5.47 Mmbbl of crude oil & condensate and 3.59 bcf of natural gas reserves.
