Foukanda is a producing conventional oil field located in shallow water in Congo Republic and is operated by Eni Congo. The field is located in block Marine VI and Foukanda, with water depth of 344 feet.

Production from Foukanda

The Foukanda conventional oil field recovered 88.93% of its total recoverable reserves, with peak production in 2003. The peak production was approximately 7.96 thousand bpd of crude oil and condensate and 2 Mmcfd of natural gas. Based on economic assumptions, production will continue until the field reaches its economic limit in 2034. The field currently accounts for approximately 1% of the country’s daily output.
