Gaiselberg is a producing conventional oil field located onshore Austria and is operated by ADX Energy.

An expansion project is associated with the Gaiselberg, namely Gaiselberg Development. This project is currently in the feasibility stage.

Production from Gaiselberg

The Gaiselberg conventional oil field recovered 91.37% of its total recoverable reserves, with peak production in 1978. The peak production was approximately 1.03 thousand bpd of crude oil and condensate. Based on economic assumptions, production will continue until the field reaches its economic limit in 2048. The field currently accounts for approximately 1% of the country’s daily output.

The field is expected to recover 0.86 Mmboe, comprised of 0.86 Mmbbl of crude oil & condensate.
