Galveston 209 is a producing conventional oil field located in shallow water in the US and is operated by Arena Offshore. The field is located in block High Island 208, High Island 193, Galveston 192, and Galveston 209, with water depth of 58 feet.

Production from Galveston 209

The Galveston 209 conventional oil field recovered 98.43% of its total recoverable reserves, with peak production in 2000. The peak production was approximately 4.22 thousand bpd of crude oil and condensate and 125 Mmcfd of natural gas. Based on economic assumptions, production will continue until the field reaches its economic limit in 2025.

The field is expected to recover 1.89 Mmboe, comprised of 1.46 Mmbbl of crude oil & condensate and 2.55 bcf of natural gas reserves.
