GK-28/42 Project is a conventional gas development located in shallow water in India and is operated by Oil and Natural Gas. Discovered in 2009, the field with water depth of around 98 feet.
The project is currently in approval stage and is expected to start commercial production in 2024. The development cost is expected to be $435 m.

Production from GK-28/42 Project
Production from the GK-28/42 Project conventional gas development project is expected to begin in 2024 and is forecast to peak in 2025, to approximately 149 bpd of crude oil and condensate and 108 Mmcfd of natural gas. Based on economic assumptions, the production will continue until the field reaches its economic limit in 2061.
Remaining recoverable reserves
The field is expected to recover 93.72 Mmboe, comprised of 0.95 Mmbbl of crude oil & condensate and 556.6 bcf of natural gas reserves.
