High Island 22 Conventional Gas Field, US

High Island 22 is a producing conventional gas field located in shallow water in the US and is operated by W&T Offshore. The field is located in block High Island 21 and High Island 22, with water depth of 42 feet.

Production from High Island 22

The High Island 22 conventional gas field recovered 99.24% of its total recoverable reserves, with peak production in 1987. The peak production was approximately 0.18 thousand bpd of crude oil and condensate and 68 Mmcfd of natural gas. Based on economic assumptions, production will continue until the field reaches its economic limit in 2025.

The field is expected to recover 0.27 Mmboe, comprised of 1.61 bcf of natural gas reserves.
