Issouane is a conventional gas development located onshore Algeria and is operated by Total E&P Algerie. Discovered in 2008, Issouane lies in block Erg Issaouane (Block 226, 229b) and Tin Fouye Tabankort Sud (TFT Sud).
The project is currently in feed stage and is expected to start commercial production in 2027. The development cost is expected to be $400 m.

Production from Issouane
Production from the Issouane conventional gas development project is expected to begin in 2027 and is forecast to peak in 2030, to approximately 1,002 bpd of crude oil and condensate, 41 Mmcfd of natural gas and 346 bpd of natural gas liquids. Based on economic assumptions, the production will continue until the field reaches its economic limit in 2062.
Remaining recoverable reserves
The field is expected to recover 54.93 Mmboe, comprised of 6.31 Mmbbl of crude oil & condensate, 276.71 bcf of natural gas reserves and 2.5 Mmbbl of natural gas liquid reserves.
