Jieyang Refinery, China

Petrochina Pdvsa Guandong Petrochemical will operate the upcoming Jieyang refinery, proposed to be built at Guangdong in China. The integrated refinery will be owned by China National Petroleum and Petroleos de Venezuela and is expected to start operations in 2022.
