K12-G Conventional Gas Field, Netherlands

K12-G is a producing conventional gas field located in shallow water in Netherlands and is operated by Neptune Energy Netherlands. The field is located in block K12 and L10, with water depth of 102 feet.

The field is owned by Neptune Energy Group, Exxon Mobil, The Rosewood, ONE-Dyas, Production North Sea Netherlands and EBN.

Production from K12-G

The K12-G conventional gas field recovered 81.64% of its total recoverable reserves, with peak production in 2004. The peak production was approximately 0.02 thousand bpd of crude oil and condensate and 134 Mmcfd of natural gas. Based on economic assumptions, production will continue until the field reaches its economic limit in 2048. The field currently accounts for approximately 1% of the country’s daily output.

The field is expected to recover 13.29 Mmboe, comprised of 0.05 Mmbbl of crude oil & condensate and 79.41 bcf of natural gas reserves.
