Kailashtilla is a producing conventional gas field located onshore Bangladesh and is operated by Sylhet Gas Fields Limited (SGFL). The field is located in block Block 14.

Production from Kailashtilla

The Kailashtilla conventional gas field recovered 97.21% of its total recoverable reserves, with peak production in 2008. The peak production was approximately 1.04 thousand bpd of crude oil and condensate and 94 Mmcfd of natural gas. Based on economic assumptions, production will continue until the field reaches its economic limit in 2026. The field currently accounts for approximately 1% of the country’s daily output.

The field is expected to recover 3.89 Mmboe, comprised of 0.47 Mmbbl of crude oil & condensate and 20.54 bcf of natural gas reserves.
