Karish North is a conventional gas development located in ultra-deepwater in Israel and is operated by Energean Israel. Discovered in 2019, Karish North lies in block I/17 Karish.
The project is currently in construction stage and is expected to start commercial production in 2023. Final investment decision (FID) of the project was approved in 2021.

Production from Karish North
Production from the Karish North conventional gas development project is expected to begin in 2023 and is forecast to peak in 2024, to approximately 8,850 bpd of crude oil and condensate and 300 Mmcfd of natural gas. Based on economic assumptions, the production will continue until the field reaches its economic limit in 2037.
Remaining recoverable reserves
The field is expected to recover 225.91 Mmboe, comprised of 34.91 Mmbbl of crude oil & condensate and 1,146.02 bcf of natural gas reserves.
