Lanta (G4/43) is a producing conventional oil field located in shallow water in Thailand and is operated by Chevron Offshore (Thailand). The field is located in block G4/43, with water depth of 220 feet.

Production from Lanta (G4/43)

The Lanta (G4/43) conventional oil field recovered 55.65% of its total recoverable reserves, with peak production in 2009. The peak production was approximately 7.48 thousand bpd of crude oil and condensate and 2 Mmcfd of natural gas. Based on economic assumptions, production will continue until the field reaches its economic limit in 2055. The field currently accounts for approximately 1% of the country’s daily output.

The field is expected to recover 20.86 Mmboe, comprised of 19.74 Mmbbl of crude oil & condensate and 6.76 bcf of natural gas reserves.
