Larch is a producing conventional oil field located in shallow water in the UK and is operated by Spirit Energy North Sea Oil. The field is located in block 16/12a LARCH,BIRCH AND OAK BUT EXCLUD’SYCAMORE, with water depth of 417 feet.

Production from Larch

The Larch conventional oil field recovered 99.77% of its total recoverable reserves, with peak production in 2002. The peak production was approximately 8.56 thousand bpd of crude oil and condensate and 6 Mmcfd of natural gas. Based on economic assumptions, production will continue until the field reaches its economic limit in 2025.

The field is expected to recover 0.03 Mmboe, comprised of 0.02 Mmbbl of crude oil & condensate and 0.01 bcf of natural gas reserves.
