Litchendjili is a producing conventional gas field located in shallow water in Congo Republic and is operated by Eni Congo. The field is located in block Marine XII, Litchendjili, and Marine XII A, with water depth of 164 feet.

The field is owned by Eni, Lukoil Oil and Societe Nationale des Petroles du Congo.


Production from Litchendjili

The Litchendjili conventional gas field recovered 49.97% of its total recoverable reserves, with peak production in 2017. The peak production was approximately 3.33 thousand bpd of crude oil and condensate. Based on economic assumptions, production will continue until the field reaches its economic limit in 2047. The field currently accounts for approximately 1% of the country’s daily output.

The field is expected to recover 6.02 Mmboe, comprised of 6.02 Mmbbl of crude oil & condensate.
