Logbaba is a producing conventional gas field located onshore Cameroon and is operated by Gaz du Cameroun. The field is located in block Logbaba.

The field is owned by National Hydrocarbons, Grynberg Petroleum and Victoria Oil & Gas.

Production from Logbaba

The Logbaba conventional gas field recovered 10.95% of its total recoverable reserves, with peak production expected in 2027. The peak production will approximately 0.3 thousand bpd of crude oil and condensate and 25 Mmcfd of natural gas. Based on economic assumptions, production will continue until the field reaches its economic limit in 2094. The field currently accounts for approximately 1% of the country’s daily output.

Remaining recoverable reserves

The field is expected to recover 29.3 Mmboe, comprised of 1.96 Mmbbl of crude oil & condensate and 164.04 bcf of natural gas reserves. Logbaba conventional gas field reserves accounts 0.01% of total remaining reserves of producing conventional gas fields globally.
