Production from Matindok Gas Development Project

The Matindok Gas Development Project conventional gas field recovered 18.26% of its total recoverable reserves, with peak production in 2020. The peak production was approximately 1.02 thousand bpd of crude oil and condensate and 108 Mmcfd of natural gas. Based on economic assumptions, production will continue until the field reaches its economic limit in 2056. The field currently accounts for approximately 1% of the country’s daily output.


Remaining recoverable reserves

The field is expected to recover 86.01 Mmboe, comprised of 4.62 Mmbbl of crude oil & condensate and 488.32 bcf of natural gas reserves. Matindok Gas Development Project conventional gas field reserves accounts 0.03% of total remaining reserves of producing conventional gas fields globally.
