Olympus Energy records 4.94% decrease in production in May 2020

Olympus Energy recorded a decrease of 4.94% in total oil and gas production to 18,602.23 boe/d in May 2020 when compared with the previous month, according to GlobalData’s USL48 database.

The oil and gas production of Olympus Energy grew 424.71% in May 2020 from 3,545.22 boe/d in May 2019.

On a YTD basis, the company’s total oil and gas production increased by 342.65% from the same period in 2019.

The company’s gas production declined by 4.94% to 107.89 mmcf/d in May 2020 from the previous month. On a YTD basis, gas production rose by 342.65% in 2020 when compared with the same period in 2019. Out of the total oil and gas production in May 2020, gas production held a 100% share.


Looking at the states where Olympus Energy recorded the highest oil and gas production in May 2020, Pennsylvania figured at the top, accounting for a 100% share. The company produced 18,602.23 boe/d in the state in May 2020, a decrease of 4.94% from the previous month.

On a YTD basis, the company produced 1,02,556.24 boe/d in Pennsylvania in 2020, recording an increase of 342.65% from the same period in 2019.



Olympus Energy witnessed the highest oil and gas production in Allegheny county in May 2020. Out of all the counties, Allegheny county held a share of 78.89% for the firm. The company produced 14,675.22 boe/d in Allegheny county in May 2020, a decrease of 5.47% in production when compared with the previous month.
