Osaka Gas recorded an increase of 7.45% in total oil and gas production to 66,048.24 boe/d in June 2020 when compared with the previous month, according to GlobalData’s USL48 database.

The oil and gas production of Osaka Gas grew 39.43% in June 2020 from 47,370.41 boe/d in June 2019.

On a YTD basis, the company’s total oil and gas production increased by 19.05% from the same period in 2019.

The company’s oil production grew 23.89% to 146.59 bd in June 2020 from the previous month, while gas production up by 7.52% to 375.99 mmcf/d. On a YTD basis, oil production decreased by 51.43% in 2020 when compared with the same period in 2019, while gas production rose by 20.45%. Out of the total oil and gas production in June 2020, oil production held a 0.22% share, while gas production held a 98.15% share.


Looking at the states where Osaka Gas recorded the highest oil and gas production in June 2020, Texas figured at the top, accounting for a 100% share. The company produced 66,048.25 boe/d in the state in June 2020, an increase of 7.45% from the previous month.

On a YTD basis, the company produced 3,45,771.91 boe/d in Texas in 2020, recording an increase of 19.05% from the same period in 2019.



Osaka Gas witnessed the highest oil and gas production in Panola county in June 2020. Out of all the counties, Panola county held a share of 41.13% for the firm. The company produced 27,163.4 boe/d in Panola county in June 2020, an increase of 14.54% in production when compared with the previous month.

On a YTD basis, the county produced 1,49,267.27 boe/d for the company in 2020, a 34.28% increase from the same period in 2019.
