Production from Pauto Sur

The Pauto Sur conventional oil field recovered 63.76% of its total recoverable reserves, with peak production in 2018. The peak production was approximately 30.56 thousand bpd of crude oil and condensate and 192 Mmcfd of natural gas. Based on economic assumptions, production will continue until the field reaches its economic limit in 2043. The field currently accounts for approximately 6% of the country’s daily output.

The field is expected to recover 130.22 Mmboe, comprised of 82.89 Mmbbl of crude oil & condensate and 284 bcf of natural gas reserves. Pauto Sur conventional oil field reserves accounts 0.03% of total remaining reserves of producing conventional oil fields globally.
