Pazanan is a producing conventional oil field located onshore Iran and is operated by Aghajari Oil and Gas Producing. The field is located in block Pazanan Khami.

An expansion project is associated with the Pazanan, namely Pazanan Phase 3. This project is currently in the feasibility stage.

Production from Pazanan

The Pazanan conventional oil field recovered 62.60% of its total recoverable reserves, with peak production in 2006. The peak production was approximately 35.62 thousand bpd of crude oil and condensate. Based on economic assumptions, production will continue until the field reaches its economic limit in 2070.


Remaining recoverable reserves

The field is expected to recover 128.67 Mmboe, comprised of 128.67 Mmbbl of crude oil & condensate. Pazanan conventional oil field reserves accounts 0.03% of total remaining reserves of producing conventional oil fields globally.
