Presidio Petroleum recorded an increase of 1% in total oil and gas production to 33,351.41 boe/d in June 2020 when compared with the previous month, according to GlobalData’s USL48 database.

The oil and gas production of Presidio Petroleum declined 30.22% in June 2020 from 47,797.78 boe/d in June 2019.

On a YTD basis, the company’s total oil and gas production decreased by 25.89% from the same period in 2019.

The company’s oil production grew 38.05% to 4,733.23 bd in June 2020 from the previous month, while gas production declined by 3.01% to 151.68 mmcf/d. On a YTD basis, oil production decreased by 42.33% in 2020 when compared with the same period in 2019, while gas production declined by 20.14%. Out of the total oil and gas production in June 2020, oil production held a 14.19% share, while gas production held a 78.41% share.


Looking at the states where Presidio Petroleum recorded the highest oil and gas production in June 2020, Texas figured at the top, accounting for a 100% share. The company produced 27,093.53 boe/d in the state in June 2020, a decrease of 4.56% from the previous month.

On a YTD basis, the company produced 1,83,159.61 boe/d in Texas in 2020, recording a decrease of 39.85% from the same period in 2019.



Presidio Petroleum witnessed the highest oil and gas production in Wheeler county in June 2020. Out of all the counties, Wheeler county held a share of 28.11% for the firm. The company produced 9,373.54 boe/d in Wheeler county in June 2020, a decrease of 2.47% in production when compared with the previous month.

On a YTD basis, the county produced 61,659.72 boe/d for the company in 2020, an 18.95% decrease from the same period in 2019.
