Q13a-Amstel is a producing conventional oil field located in shallow water in Netherlands and is operated by Neptune Energy Netherlands. The field is located in block Q13a, with water depth of 69 feet.

Production from Q13a-Amstel

The Q13a-Amstel conventional oil field recovered 85.52% of its total recoverable reserves, with peak production in 2015. The peak production was approximately 11.93 thousand bpd of crude oil and condensate and 5 Mmcfd of natural gas. Based on economic assumptions, production will continue until the field reaches its economic limit in 2031. The field currently accounts for approximately 1% of the country’s daily output.


Remaining recoverable reserves

The field is expected to recover 2.79 Mmboe, comprised of 2.61 Mmbbl of crude oil & condensate and 1.09 bcf of natural gas reserves.
