Rabigh Refining & Petrochemical Co (Petro Rabigh) engaged in the development, construction and operation of an integrated petroleum refining and petrochemical complex. It processes crude oil and produces gasoline, naphtha, jet fuel, diesel, and fuel oil. Petro Rabigh was formed by as the joint venture of Saudi Aramco and Sumitomo Chemical. The company has the capacity to process light crude oil. The company also produces petrochemical including mono ethylene glycol, polyethylene, polypropylene, and propylene oxide. It’s products are used in numerous end products such as lubricants, detergents, coolants, resins, paint, anti-freeze, insulation, fibers, film, household appliances, plastics, and packaging among others. Petro Rabigh is headquartered in Rabigh, Saudi Arabia.
