Rag-e-Safid is a producing conventional oil field located onshore Iran and is operated by Aghajari Oil and Gas Producing.
An expansion project is associated with the Rag-e-Safid, namely Rag-e-Safid Development . This project is currently in the construction stage.

Production from Rag-e-Safid
The Rag-e-Safid conventional oil field recovered 80.25% of its total recoverable reserves, with peak production in 1974. The peak production was approximately 313.49 thousand bpd of crude oil and condensate. Based on economic assumptions, production will continue until the field reaches its economic limit in 2067. The field currently accounts for approximately 1% of the country’s daily output.
Remaining recoverable reserves
The field is expected to recover 752.55 Mmboe, comprised of 752.55 Mmbbl of crude oil & condensate. Rag-e-Safid conventional oil field reserves accounts 0.16% of total remaining reserves of producing conventional oil fields globally.
