Rossukon is a conventional oil development located in shallow water in Thailand and is operated by KrisEnergy (Gulf of Thailand). Discovered in 2009, Rossukon lies in block G6/48, with water depth of around 210 feet.

The project is currently in approval stage and is expected to start commercial production in 2023. The Rossukon conventional oil development will involve the drilling of approximately 55 wells and includes FSO and wellhead platforms.

Production from Rossukon

Production from the Rossukon conventional oil development project is expected to begin in 2023 and is forecast to peak in 2025, to approximately 5,000 bpd of crude oil and condensate. Based on economic assumptions, the production will continue until the field reaches its economic limit in 2040.


Remaining recoverable reserves

The field is expected to recover 12.61 Mmboe, comprised of 12.61 Mmbbl of crude oil & condensate.
