Rozhkovskoye is a conventional gas development located onshore Kazakhstan and is operated by Ural Oil & Gas. Discovered in 2008, Rozhkovskoye lies in block Rozhkovskoye.

The project is currently in feasibility stage and is expected to start commercial production in 2024.

Field participation details

The field is owned by National Company KazMunayGas, China Petrochemical and MOL Hungarian Oil and Gas.


Production from Rozhkovskoye

Production from the Rozhkovskoye conventional gas development project is expected to begin in 2024 and is forecast to peak in 2027, to approximately 12,685 bpd of crude oil and condensate and 78 Mmcfd of natural gas. Based on economic assumptions, the production will continue until the field reaches its economic limit in 2066.


Remaining recoverable reserves

The field is expected to recover 190.97 Mmboe, comprised of 75.68 Mmbbl of crude oil & condensate and 691.75 bcf of natural gas reserves.
