Sangomar Phase 2 is a conventional oil development located in deepwater in Senegal and is operated by Woodside Energy Senegal. Sangomar Phase 2 lies in block Sangomar Offshore Profond, with water depth of around 4,593 feet.
The project is currently in approval stage and is expected to start commercial production in 2026. The Sangomar Phase 2 conventional oil development will involve the drilling of approximately 33 wells and includes subsea tree.

Production from Sangomar Phase 2
Production from the Sangomar Phase 2 conventional oil development project is expected to begin in 2026 and is forecast to peak in 2031, to approximately 62,748 bpd of crude oil and condensate and 129 Mmcfd of natural gas. Based on economic assumptions, the production will continue until the field reaches its economic limit in 2049.
