Production from Shagyrly-Shomyshty

The Shagyrly-Shomyshty conventional gas field recovered 39.25% of its total recoverable reserves, with peak production in 2018. The peak production was approximately 101 Mmcfd of natural gas. Based on economic assumptions, production will continue until the field reaches its economic limit in 2039. The field currently accounts for approximately 1% of the country’s daily output.

The field is expected to recover 45.4 Mmboe, comprised of 272.42 bcf of natural gas reserves. Shagyrly-Shomyshty conventional gas field reserves accounts 0.01% of total remaining reserves of producing conventional gas fields globally.
